And companies don’t get effective one. Because most of the graduates are not skilled and rely on their educational certificates. But our educational system is not up to date and enough practical for job market.
At the same time, it may easier for skilled people to get their desired job. Its not very hard to be skilled. One person can develop his/her skills with their patience and hard work. In Bangladesh many organizations are offering different courses for career development. We are one of them. But we are trying something different for our students.
